Insight Pipe Contracting has the ability to perform GIS (Geographic Information Systems) mapping of sewer and storm sewer structures such as manholes, catch basins, and pipe defects. GIS mapping can be performed alongside a general cleaning and televising of a sewer system or independently. This service is indispensable for municipalities and utility owners in order to plan maintenance and rehabilitation work, develop capital plans, and general record-keeping.

Additionally, our staff can provide manhole and catch basin inspections to detect deterioration issues such as inflow/infiltration problems. A detailed record of other conditions such as construction material/condition, depth to invert, ring size & number of rings, flow, and any evidence of surcharge can be compiled and delivered to the client.
